License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by Edash, your installation and use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty.

Registered Version

One registered copy of 'got password?' may be used either (i)by a
single person who uses the software personally on one or more
computers or (ii) by multiple people non-simultaneously on a single
workstation, but under no circumstances shall a single registered
copy of 'got password?' be used for both (i) and (ii).

You may access the registered version of 'got password?' through a
network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network. For example, if 8 different workstations
will access 'got password?' on the network, each workstation must have
its own 'got password?' license, regardless of whether they use
'got password?' at different times or concurrently.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
California without regard to the conflict of laws provisions.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Because 'got password?'
may operate in various software and hardware environments, NO
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program should
be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT.

The acceptance of this license agreement extends to all claims
whether or not claimed or suspected by the user and constitutes
a waiver of each and all of the provisions of California Civil Code
Section 1542, which reads as follows:

"A general release does not extend to claims which
the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in
his favor at the time of executing the release, which
if known by him must have materially affected the
settlement with the debtor."

The user understands and acknowledge the significance and the
consequence of such specific waiver of unknown claims and hereby
assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses or
liabilities that he/she may hereinafter incur from the waiver of
these unknown claims.
